The Serenity of the Tea Ceremony

I would like to bring together a number of articles and links that help take our attention away from the transience and the daily hussle and bussle of life in the 21st century.

We all have good intentions to relax and reduce stress and biggest excuse I see (and use) is that I just enjoy what I'm doing 24/7 too much to stop and pause.

It's possible to make a New Year resolution any day of the year if we so desire..
