Copper Post Caps

August 2nd 2003: Finished the veranda copper post caps today using left over bits from the guttering.

I created a template first of all using PowerPoint

Then the copper sheet was cut using shears

Nailed to the post using copper slate nails and hammered to shape

The two hand rail post caps

All four now matched
